  • What Amenities does Connect?

    CONNECT has an abundance of community and apartment amenities, including a 24-hour modern fitness room, bike storage room, dedicated communal co-working building, and washers/dryers in each unit, key-less electronic deadbolts, and more. To view all amenities, please visit the Amenities Page.

  • Is Connect a pet-friendly community?

    Yes, we are pet-friendly. Please visit this page to read about our pet policy and associated fees.

  • What is your parking policy for residents?

    Parking is provided only in our covered mechanical car lifts designed by Harding Steel. One assigned parking space is provided for studio and one bedroom apartments, and two assigned spaces for two bedroom apartments. The applicant is responsible for ensuring their vehicle meets the required weight, height, width and length prior to submitting an application.  If the vehicle does not fit in the garage due to size restrictions, Applicant should NOT apply to rent. Vehicles may only be parked in the mechanical car lifts and may not be parked anywhere else on the property. Our Parking Policy and Vehicle Requirements can be found here.

  • Do you have EV charging stations?

    Connect has two ChargePoint Smart CT4000 charging stations. Each station has two standard SAE J1772 Level 2 charging ports. Each port supplies up to 7.2kW of power. With this standard port, any EV can be charged.

  • What type of internet connection does Connect provide?

    The entire complex is wired with 1Gig fiber optic internet and is delivered to each apartment by Mereo Networks. The monthly flat fee for this service is only $35.00 and is paid in addition to the monthly rent. A router has been installed in each apartment and no extra equipment is needed for internet access. There is no option to opt out of this service. 

  • Is there a charge to use the co-working space and what do they have there?

    The first-floor co-working space is free and available for all residents to use. Residents have access to the office space, printer, kitchen, and outdoor space on a first-come, first-served basis. Private offices are available to rent on the second floor for a monthly fee. All are currently leased, but we do have a wait list for interested parties.

  • How do I schedule a tour of Connect?

  • What are your lease terms and rental rates?

    We offer 6 month to 12 month initial leases only and do not offer month to month initial tenancies. All rental rates are found on our website under the Availability page. Availability is reported in real time and there is no other availability to offer than what is shown on the website.  Unfortunately, we are not able to provide future availability as we do not know when a current resident may give notice.  

  • How do I apply for an apartment?

    Once your desired, available apartment has been viewed and you would like to move forward, please submit an online application by navigating to the Availability tab, selecting the desired floor plan and choosing "View Details" or "Apply Now".  Please select a move in date that is within 2 weeks of the estimated availability date. There is a $50 application fee for each applicant and a 24 to 48 hour time period for applications to be screened once all the required information is provided and the screening fee is paid.

  • What is the process after my application is approved?

    Once an application has been approved, you will be charged a holding deposit equal to the security deposit and requested to sign a Holding Deposit Agreement. Please note, the payment method you provided to pay the application fee will be automatically charged with the holding deposit amount. The Holding Deposit Agreement will hold the unit for you until the agreed upon date and is refundable only if the apartment will not be ready for occupancy by the agreed upon date. In order to commence occupancy, you will be required to sign Landlord's Rental Agreement. Once occupancy commences, the Holding Deposit converts to the Security Deposit.

  • Which utilities are included in rent and how do I set up my utilities?

  • How do I pay for my deposit, move-in fees, and application fee?

    Application, Deposit and Move-In Fee payments must be paid by certified funds which include credit card, debit card, money order, or cashiers check. We do not accept personal checks for move-in charges.
